Shipping & Refunds
Production and Shipping
The companies that print and assemble the products in this store are located in the US and Canada. For most items there's a 12 hour period after you place an order where you can cancel before it goes into production. How long it takes for production vary per item*:
- Art prints take 2 to 4 business days
- Notebooks take 5 to 8 business days
- Tote bags, pouches, and pencil cases take 7 to 10 business days
* Important: during the seasonal rush production time may be on the high end of these estimates. Also, note that "business" days mean Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays are not counted in the production time (everyone needs a break).
When your items are ready to ship you'll receive an email notification. The length of time it will take for shipping depends on the country you reside in. Standard shipping for orders inside the contiguous U.S. will usually take 2-8 business days (in my experience the notebooks ship fastest, probably because they're sent as books and fall in the "media" category).
International orders may take 2-6 weeks to arrive depending on the destination and customs processing, and any customs fees will be the buyer's responsibility.
Please note that all processing and delivery times are given as a guide, and the store is not responsible for any delays or losses that may occur due to postal services. However, If you have an issue with the timing of your delivery or your order simply has gotten lost please get in touch! I'll do the best I can to help you out.
If for whatever reason you are not happy with your order, or if there has been damage in transit, please contact me via email to let me know at email@example.com. I will be happy to refund your item(s), as long they are returned within 30 days of your purchase. To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase or you do not provide a receipt or proof of purchase, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund. I don't do exchanges at this time.
Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit in the form of a unique discount code for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, your discount code will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, I will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your item is returned within 30 days of your purchase, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. I'll give you the address where to send back your purchase when you contact me with your initial email about the return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I don’t guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
